Breakfast:

- 3 egg whites, 2 egg yolks scrambled

- 1 piece of “Dave’s Killer Bread” w/Peanut Butter

- Green Tea

Lunch:

- Protein Bar

- Half of a Protein Smoothie

Workout:

- 30 minutes of Elliptical, on the interval setting

- 3 sets of 10 lunges, 15 squats on the Bosu ball, 10 30lb deadlifts, 1 minute wall-sit

- Then butt & abs

Total Time (including stretching before & after): 1:15 minutes

Dinner: 

- Basil Chicken w/mushrooms, red bell pepper, and zucchini

I don’t count my calories, but I do aim for about 1200 calories per day.  This is how my day turned out. :)

Just made the most delish and healthiest pudding everrr! here’s the recipe if anyone is interested :p

Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding 
[serves 2-4]

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 2 medium bananas, ripe
  • 6-8T unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1t vanilla extract
  • 1t cinnamon
  • 1.5 scoops Raw protein powder

In a food processor, combine the avocado + banana and process until smooth.  Scrape down the sides of bowl as necessary. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder [if using].  Process again until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and add any topping you like. Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days. 

I added chocolate chips cause I’m just a complete sucker for em
