&lt;p&gt;Breakfast:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 3 egg whites, 2 egg yolks scrambled&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 1 piece of &amp;#8220;Dave&amp;#8217;s Killer Bread&amp;#8221; w/Peanut Butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Green Tea&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lunch:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Protein Bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Half of a Protein Smoothie&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Workout:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 30 minutes of Elliptical, on the interval setting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- 3 sets of 10 lunges, 15 squats on the Bosu ball, 10&amp;#160;30lb deadlifts, 1 minute wall-sit&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Then butt &amp;amp; abs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Total Time (including stretching before &amp;amp; after): 1:15 minutes&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Basil Chicken w/mushrooms, red bell pepper, and zucchini&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#8217;t count my calories, but I do aim for about 1200 calories per day.  This is how my day turned out. :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;[serves 2-4]&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 avocados, ripe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 medium bananas, ripe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6-8T unsweetened cocoa powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1t vanilla extract&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1t cinnamon&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1.5 scoops Raw protein powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;In a food processor, combine the avocado + banana and process until smooth.  Scrape down the sides of bowl as necessary. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and protein powder [if using].  Process again until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and add any topping you like. Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days. &lt;/p&gt;
